An artificial collection consisting mainly of publications, ephemera and correspondence related to Amherst College's involvement in various United States wars, including the Civil War, Mexican War, Spanish-American War, World Wars I and II, Korean War and the Vietnam War.
Consists of newspaper and magazine clippings collected by Prof. Benítez-Rojo throughout his life, including a set of Amherst College publications which contains interviews by or articles about him. This series is also divided into Spanish and English language subseries.
Contains news clippings about Lord Jeffery Amherst's participation in the French and Indian Wars, as well as copies of artistic portraits done chiefly in the eighteenth century.
