Steven L. Bloom Film Scripts Collection
Scope and Contents
This collection of screenplays comprises approximately 441 scripts from a similar (slightly smaller) number of movies. The films represented span the period from the 1930s – within a decade of the first “talkie” moving picture – to the 2010s. In other words, in terms of timeline, they encompass virtually the entire history of the motion picture as we know it today. A few of the movies represented have more than one version of the film script present in the collection, in each case with differences, or variants, between the two versions.
