Processing Information
The material in this collection came from a wide variety of sources over many years, primarily College offices and departments and individual donors, including alumni, faculty, staff and community members. This is an artifical collection created by the college archives & special collections in the 1980s or earlier. In the early 1990s[?] the collection was organized by subject and format and notes on subjects and dates of images were added to individual images, these notes are not always distiguished from original description on the items. In 2019-2021, the collection underwent reprocessing to update folder titles and dates, remove duplicate images and reference photocopies, to return some images to their original collections, to clarify and consolidate the oranization of series 1, to integrate materials that had been set aside during earlier organizational efforts, and to improve the housing and description of film based materials.
