This collection is organized into four series:
  1. Series 1: Annual financial reports, 1934-1958
  2. Series 2: Miscellaneous permanently retained records, 1875-1948
  3. Series 3: Miscellaneous Comptroller and Treasurer files, circa 1908-1975 (bulk 1908-1942)
  4. Series 4: Student ledger cards (samples), 1952-1971
